2. How do I rent camping gear from Wild Roots Adventure Supply?
You can browse our rental catalog online, select the items you need, and book them through our website. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
3. What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the use of the equipment for the specified rental period (typically per night). It also includes basic maintenance and cleaning prior to your rental. Any additional fees, such as delivery or late return charges, will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
4. How long can I rent the gear for?
We offer flexible rental periods to suit your needs, from single-night rentals to multi-week adventures. Just let us know your preferred dates when booking.
5. Do you offer delivery/setup and pick-up/breakdown services?
Yes, we offer convenient delivery and pick-up services for local campers for an additional fee. We will set up your equipment and break it down on your rented site. Please check our delivery options when booking or contact us for more details.
6. What is considered “local”?
Pulaski county park, Cumberland Point, Waitsboro Campground, Happy Camper RV Park, Fishing Creek recreation area, are some of the local campgrounds we will deliver to. If you are not sure if we would deliver to a campground, please contact us prior to booking. Please note, we are not affiliated with these campgrounds. You are responsible for booking your site. While we would love to deliver to other popular places like Kendall campground, Holly Bay, Laurel Lake camping resort ect… We feel that charging clients what it would take in our time, fuel, and childcare making those trips would mean we’d have to increase costs- which defeats the purpose of our mission.
7. What happens if I damage or lose the equipment?
We understand that accidents happen. If you damage or lose any equipment, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. Please refer to our rental agreement for more details.
7. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 4 days prior to your rental agreement. Please refer to our cancellation policy for specific details on refunds and deadlines.
8. How should I return the gear?
Please return the gear in the same condition you received it, normal wear and tear excepted. Make sure all items are clean and dry to avoid additional cleaning fees.
9. Do you offer any discounts for large groups or long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer discounts for large group rentals and extended rental periods. Please contact us for more information on our discount programs.
10. Are there any special instructions for using the gear?
Each piece of equipment comes with detailed instructions for safe and proper use. If you have any questions or need a demonstration, our team is happy to help.
11. Can I rent gear last minute?
While we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute rentals. Please contact us directly to check for availability.
